- Damage is due to regular wear and tear, like fading from sunlight, sunscreen, chlorine, or neglect (to read more about what is considered wear and tear in a wetsuit read THIS ARTICLE).
- The product wasn't bought from an authorized seller in the same country where it's being returned.
- The product wasn't washed or taken care of according to the provided instructions.
- The product was used for commercial purposes like rentals or teaching.

PLEASE NOTE:
When returning your wetsuit for repairs, it's important to make sure it's clean and dry. Our team will not check wet, sandy, or dirty suits. So, please wash and dry your wetsuit thoroughly before returning it. If the wetsuit isn't in an acceptable condition, we might have to send it back to you without any repairs done.
