Ocean and Earth wetsuits come with a warranty that lasts for a certain period of time from the date you bought them. Here's a breakdown:
Warranty Period:
- The wetsuits are covered by a limited 3-month warranty provided they have been used normally for recreation and have been taken care of properly (To read more on how to care for your wetsuit click HERE).
What's Not Covered by Warranty:
Damage caused by factors other than defects in materials or workmanship, such as:
- Improper storage or care, including washing and drying.
- Damage from UV rays or weather.
- General wear and tear or neglect.
- Scratches, cuts from fins, or fading.
- Cuts or holes in smooth neoprene from fingernails.
- Fraying at wrists or ankles due to constant use or stretching (cut off any tags to prevent wrist fraying).
- Wetsuits bought second-hand or from unauthorized dealers.
- Wetsuits used for commercial purposes like surf schools or rentals.
- Wetsuits outside the 6-month warranty period.
PLEASE NOTE:
When returning your wetsuit for repairs, it's important to make sure it's clean and dry. Our team will not check wet, sandy, or dirty suits. So, please wash and dry your wetsuit thoroughly before returning it. If the wetsuit isn't in an acceptable condition, we might have to send it back to you without any repairs done.
