Nixon watches come with a warranty that lasts for a certain period of time from the date you bought them. Here's a breakdown:
Warranty Period:
- 5-year warranty for defects in movements, hands, and dial.
- 2-year warranty for water resistance.
- 1-year warranty for the battery.
If there are issues with materials or assembly, we'll either repair or replace your watch within these warranty periods. However, this doesn't cover misuse or normal wear and tear, such as scratches on the crystal, damage to the case or strap, or loss or theft. Your warranty will be void if you tamper with the caseback, use the buttons underwater, or fail to secure the crown properly, exposing the watch to moisture.
Note: You don't need to register your watch to keep the warranty valid. But it's essential to buy from authorized Nixon dealers or resellers.
What's Not Covered:
- Damage from accidents or abuse.
- Loss of water resistance after 24 months without proper maintenance.
