Unfortunately, we are also unable to facilitate exchange requests on the following:
- International orders
- Afterpay, Klarna or ZipPay orders placed online.
If your exchange has been refunded due to the payment method used, and there was a discount applied to your original purchase, we recommend reaching out to our customer service team via the chat function. They will be able to assist you in repurchasing the item with the same discount applied.
