Step 1: Determine Eligibility
Before initiating a return, please ensure that your item meets the following criteria:
The return request is made within our 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
The item is in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
The return is not for an exchanged item or an outlet item.
Step 2: Request a Return Label
If your return meets the eligibility criteria above, you are entitled to one free return label per order. Here's how to request your return label:
Log in to your SurfStitch account.
Navigate to your order history or recent orders.
Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
Locate the option to initiate a return and follow the prompts to request a return label.
Step 3: Receive and Print Your Return Label
Once your return request is processed, you will receive an email containing your return label. Please print the return label and affix it securely to the package containing your returned item(s). Ensure all previous shipping labels are removed or covered.
