RECOMMENDATIONS: Once you receive your shipment details and tracking information, consider contacting the courier to specify delivery preferences, such as leaving the parcel with no signature or redirecting it to the post office.
PLEASE NOTE - It's crucial to enter your address accurately during the order process, as it cannot be edited afterward. If needed, contact the courier directly for address amendments as our team are unable to amend addresses for orders shipped directly from a supplier.
BULKY ITEM DELIVERY:
COST: Rates are provided at checkout.
DESCRIPTION: Bulky items can include Travel Bags, Surfboard Racks, etc.
SHIPPING FEES: Most bulky items ship for free, but some may have shipping fees starting from $9.99. Fees are based on size and weight, and will be shown during checkout.
DELIVERY TIME: Estimated delivery is 1-7 days (7-14 days for regional areas).
SIGNATURE: Delivery of bulky items requires a signature.
IF YOU'RE ABSENT: If you're not present during delivery, the parcel will be redirected to the depot for pickup. It's recommended to use an address where you'll be available, such as a work address, to avoid this inconvenience.

PROCESS:
SurfStitch initiates a formal investigation with the courier on your behalf. Guaranteed turnaround time of 2 business days for resolution: refund, credit, or replacement, provided certain conditions are not met:
- The consignment has been signed for.
- The consignment has been delivered with a proof of delivery image captured.
- You have provided an incorrect address when placing your order.
PAYMENT: The fee for shipping insurance is non-refundable and paid directly to SurfStitch at the time of shipment creation.

^In some cases, if your order exceeds the dimensions for Express Shipping it will automatically be sent via Regular Shipping. This service requires a signature upon arrival or will be taken to your local post office if you're not home. Any additional fees will be refunded in this case.
